A fresh take on traditional elegance, the Maple Ave Project embodies the perfect harmony of warmth with masculine elements. This new construction project posed an exciting challenge: to create a space that felt both brand new and lived-in. We achieved this balance through a thoughtful selection of comfort-forward sofas paired with the “rug of the decade” that brings timeless character to the room. Layers of warm neutrals and curated details infuse the space with an effortless charm, securing its spot on our list of favorites.

This 180º lake home remodel offers the perfect balance of seaside style and modern comfort. Designed with hosting in mind, the functional layouts provide seamless flow between stunning living areas and serene, cozy bedrooms. From the statement lighting in the open-concept kitchen to the layered textiles in the bedrooms, every corner of this retreat feels intentional. The panoramic views of the lake inspired a palette that echoes the surrounding natural beauty, making this Vacation Home Rental a top-tier favorite.
